Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of tendering, bids, or quotation preparation.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret technical and market data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tendering/CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents to understand customer requirements and scope.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations using cost analysis and benchmarks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather technical and commercial inputs.

• Identify and assess risks in bids, contracts, and estimates.
