You will review opportunities, develop pricing strategies, and lead bid preparation while ensuring compliant submissions and smooth handover to execution teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of tendering, proposal management, or related experience.
• Experience with technical products or industrial solutions is preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Power BI is required.

• Review RFQs and sales opportunities to understand customer requirements.
• Lead the preparation of bids, quotations, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, and sales teams to develop winning proposals.
• Analyze technical specifications and align solutions with customer needs.
• Develop pricing strategies balancing competitiveness and profitability.
• Coordinate risk reviews and internal approval processes.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant proposal submissions.
• Support contract award activities and project handover to execution teams.
