Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years tendering, bid management, proposal development, or quotation preparation.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret technical, commercial, and market data.
• Proficiency with MS Office and tendering or CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and identify customer requirements, scope, and expectations.
• Develop accurate and competitive quotations using cost analysis and market benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical, commercial, and operational inputs.
• Manage tender schedules and coordinate activities to ensure timely submissions.
• Evaluate bid opportunities and support bid/no-bid decision-making processes.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to bids, contracts, and cost estimates.
• Maintain compliant documentation and perform quality reviews throughout the proposal process.
• Build positive customer relationships by clarifying requirements and supporting a seamless bid experience.
