Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas seeks a Sales Manager (Account Manager) for Tier 1 Telecom carriers in Plano, TX. You will lead regional account development, drive revenue growth, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win design-in opportunities.

The role requires strong selling skills, deep telecom and DC power systems knowledge, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; engineering degree and/or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience with Tier 1 Telecom Operators.
Strong technical background in wireless, wireline, and data networks.
Willingness to work extended hours to coordinate with global teams.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
Create and execute Key Account Strategies to meet annual sales goals.
Lead RFQs, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
Coordinate design reviews, system engineering, and integration analysis.
Manage all sales activities for assigned key accounts to drive revenue growth.
Drive pipeline growth and improve forecast accuracy.
Develop NPI production operations strategies and schedules.
Lead the development of regional business plans aligned with objectives.
Foster collaboration with factories and headquarters to protect margins.
