Job summary

St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Senior Advisor, Technology Services to drive collaboration between ITS, the ALSAC enterprise, and partners. You will lead operational strategy, monitor risks, and deliver integrated technology services across business units.

The role focuses on connecting teams, guiding cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring solutions meet organizational needs while fostering continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in fundraising, IT Operations, Communications, Supplier Management, or a related field.
• Experience with increasing levels of responsibility in supervision, budgeting, strategic planning, organizational development, and fundraising is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Work with ITS Leadership and business stakeholders to enable cross-team collaboration and integration across functional areas.
• Represent business partners in conversations with ITS Leadership around strategic business needs and enterprise-related matters.
• Foster flexibility and a culture of continuous improvement across IT and business partners.
• Work with Business Partners to adopt technology and enable adoption across organization.
• Build, deploy, test, and formalize business processes and systems for cross-team collaboration.
• Establish organizational norms to accompany processes and systems.
• Drive clarity and culture across all levels of the organization.
• Lead ITS initiatives across external vendors and internal teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure continuity and compliance.
• Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
