Job summary

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC is seeking a Sr Advisor - Compliance, Legal to lead the organization’s Corporate Compliance Program. The role covers conflicts of interest, ethics reporting, investigations, and policy governance while promoting an ethical culture across leadership and staff.

You will guide ethical conduct, monitor compliance risks, and prepare leadership dashboards and board materials. Hybrid work in Memphis, TN is available for this senior position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Compliance, Legal Studies, Risk Management or related field.
• 6 years of relevant experience.
• Certification: CPCO, CCEP, CHC, CFE or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers Conflict of Interest program with disclosures, risk assessments and mitigation reporting.
• Manages compliance investigations and reviews, including intake and documentation.
• Maintains Ethics Hotline operations, intake, triage, and case monitoring.
• Oversees policy governance, development, approval, and implementation guidance.
• Conducts compliance monitoring, risk evaluation, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Maintains records and metrics; supports education and communications to promote ethics.
