The role focuses on cause marketing, sponsorships, employee engagement, corporate giving, and executive involvement. The position acts as a trusted advisor across Territory and Enterprise teams, shaping strategies, elevating sales execution, and promoting best practices for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of proven B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or related experience.
• Proven success building high-value sales pipelines and meeting revenue goals.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder relationships in a matrixed organization.
• Travel up to 25% across Florida & Georgia; occasional visits to Memphis.

Responsibilities

• Drive new corporate revenue through partner acquisition and cross-selling.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline targeting mid-sized companies.
• Build customized partnership solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with Territory and Enterprise teams to align strategies.
• Forecast revenue, plan budgets, and track pipeline progress.
