Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategic technology partnerships in enterprise software.
• 5+ years leading the partnership function or owning a P&L.
• Fluency in technically deep, API-first integrations.
• Working knowledge of today’s AI ecosystem (MCP, LLM integrations).
• Executive presence to engage senior leaders at major platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end partnerships across HR tech, AI, and productivity platforms.
• Structure commercial models and scale the partnerships function.
