The Predictive Index is seeking a senior partnerships leader to own enterprise partnerships across HR tech, AI platforms, and productivity tools. You will drive end-to-end collaboration from strategy through signed deals and live integrations, shaping PI's next decade of growth.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in strategic partnerships, with 5+ years in leading the function and a proven track record with major platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategic technology partnerships in enterprise software, including 5+ leading the function or owning a partnership P&L.
• Track record signing and operating partnerships with major platform companies.
• Fluency in technically deep, API-first integrations; not channel partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationships that define PI's next decade across three ecosystems: HR tech platforms, AI platforms, and productivity surfaces.
• Structure commercial models behind each partnership and build the function over time as it scales.
• Open doors at senior levels of major platforms and drive partnerships from strategy to live integration.
