Qualifications

• Advanced degree in business, law or sciences highly preferred.
• 3 years of relevant experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers and promotes the University's IP programs and ensures compliance with regulations.
• negotiates and maintains license agreements and manages patent application processes.
• Maintains IP portfolio and tracks patent applications and patents.
• Provides counsel on IP matters and collaborates with researchers and legal counsel.
• Develops educational tools and policies related to IP management and technology transfer.
• Assists in presentations and training on technology transfer and small business formation.
