• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in technology transfer, licensing, or commercialization.

• Proven ability to build productive relationships with external stakeholders.
• Strong written, oral, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to translate complex science into clear commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of university technologies from disclosure to commercialization.
• Lead licensing transactions, deal structures, and related agreements with stakeholders.
• Develop industry relationships and identify licensing or startup opportunities.
• Collaborate with faculty, patent counsel, and external partners to advance inventions.
• Monitor portfolio performance, milestones, and compliance across the lifecycle.
• Prepare portfolio updates, forecasts, and analyses for leadership.
