Job summary

Clarios seeks a Manager, Business Technology Delivery to serve as the technology partner translating business strategy into scalable tech solutions. You will manage portfolio delivery, ensure alignment with architecture, cybersecurity, and investment priorities, while collaborating with leaders, product teams, and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, Engineering or Business.
Experience partnering with business leaders to define and deliver technology solutions.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted technology advisor to functional leadership teams.
Translate business priorities into technology roadmaps and investment plans.
Lead delivery of technology programs and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, development, security, and vendors.
Monitor portfolio health and drive continuous improvement.
