clarios is seeking a Manager, Business Technology Delivery to serve as the primary technology partner to assigned business functions, translating strategy into technology solutions that drive growth and efficiency. You will manage portfolios, delivery, and support while aligning with architecture, cybersecurity, governance, and investment priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, business admin, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in information technology, digital transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to define and deliver technology solutions.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the trusted technology advisor to functional leadership teams.
• Translate business priorities into technology roadmaps, initiatives, and investment plans.
• Lead the delivery of technology programs, projects, and enhancements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, development, infrastructure, security, architecture, and vendors.
• Monitor portfolio health and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
