Job summary

Hinge is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical) to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, data, and design roles. You will partner with technical leaders to build world-class teams and drive hiring strategy in a high-impact, high-visibility role.

You will design sourcing strategies, refine interview processes, and leverage AI-enabled workflows to improve time-to-fill, offer conversions, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in tech or mobile-first companies.
• Ability to read engineering JDs and discuss tech stacks with managers.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI talent platforms, and Boolean search.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, data science, product roles.
• Refine interview rubrics, assessments, and scorecards to reduce time-to-hire.
• Design multi-channel sourcing strategies and build healthy pipelines.
• Partner with engineering leaders to translate requirements into search strategies.
• Maintain inclusive hiring practices and strong candidate experience.
