Job summary

Hinge is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical) in New York City to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, data, and product roles, partnering with technical leaders to build world-class teams.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment, refine assessments, and leverage AI tools to optimize time-to-fill while maintaining an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in tech or mobile-first companies.
• Ability to read engineering JDs, understand tech stacks, and converse with technical hiring managers.
• Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, AI talent platforms, and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions and present pipeline insights to leadership.
• Hands-on experience building technical interview frameworks, scorecards, and assessment rubrics.
• ATS expertise with Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, data science, product roles from intake to offer close, leveraging AI-enabled workflows.
• Refine interview rubrics, technical assessments, and scorecards to reduce time-to-hire and improve offer conversion.
• Track and present metrics such as time-to-fill, pass-through rates, offer acceptance, and hiring manager NPS.
• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build and maintain a healthy pipeline at every stage.
• Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools and predictive analytics to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Partner with engineering managers to translate technical requirements into creative search strategies and stay ahead of market trends.
• Embed inclusive hiring practices and expand access to underrepresented talent through partnerships and communities.
• Champion a thoughtful candidate experience reflecting Hinge's values and employer brand.
• Act as an ambassador for Hinge, articulating mission and culture to attract top talent.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and offer management, translating market data into actionable hiring recommendations.
