Hinge is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter in New York City to own full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, data, and design roles. You will partner with technical leaders to build world-class teams and drive high-impact hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities include designing multi-channel sourcing strategies, refining interview rubrics, and guiding offers with data-driven insights. The role emphasizes inclusive hiring, strong candidate experience, and close collaboration with leaders

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-cycle technical recruiting
• Ability to read engineering JDs and discuss tech stacks with hiring managers
• Strong command of sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques
• Experience building technical interview rubrics, scorecards and assessments
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and data-driven recruiting

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, data, product and design roles.
• Design multi-channel sourcing strategies and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Embed inclusive hiring practices and promote diverse talent.
• Act as an ambassador for Hinge to strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
• Provide offer guidance and maintain clear stakeholder communication throughout hiring
