Zusammenfassung

Acuren is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition leader to develop and execute national recruiting strategies for technical staffing, supporting projects and outages nationwide. You will guide the TA team, collaborate with GMs and hiring managers, and translate business needs into targeted recruiting plans while building strong talent pipelines.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in full-cycle recruitment, including 2+ years in a supervisor or manager role.
• In-depth knowledge of staffing principles, best practices and relevant legislation.
• Advanced knowledge of Craft and NDT and ability to convey the technical requirements and demands of various client sectors.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to positively influence candidate attraction.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent demands.

Aufgaben

• Developing a staffing strategy for technical field inspection workforce in collaboration with local operations, workforce planning and TA team and regional HR departments.
• Developing talent pools for multiple technical skill sets across the organization.
• Developing and fostering long-term relationships with current job seekers and passive candidates that may lead to hiring or further networking.
• Using best in class strategies to source and contact qualified candidates and potential apprentices/trainees.
• Using best practices to penetrate the market with the Acuren brand and generate excitement and interest in employment with us.
• Oversee strategic recruitment events and initiatives such as national recruitment campaigns, attending college and trade school job fairs, and career events to generate interest in NDT careers.
