Job summary

Magna New Mobility is seeking a Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Consultant for a 6 to 12 month contract to manage full-cycle recruitment for Research & Development, Engineering, Software, Product Development, Operations, and other technical business functions. This role will partner with hiring managers and HR to identify, attract, and hire top talent.

Qualifications

Experience using Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Experience recruiting for engineering leadership, software engineering, data science, solutions engineering, project/program management, customer success, implementation, user experience, and operations roles.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Ability to recruit nationally; international recruiting experience preferred.
Ability to travel to principal place of business, Lowell MA, on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance.
Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for technical and professional positions.
Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and job boards.
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide market insights.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within Workday ATS.
