Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Customer Service liaison to manage orders, schedules, and delivery performance with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, purchasing, and production.

You will ensure accurate communications with customers and protect on-time delivery, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a business or technical curriculum with 1 year of technical or sales experience OR
• 2-year degree in business or technical curriculum with 2–5 years of experience, OR
• High School degree with six or more years of experience

Responsibilities

• Provide timely communication to sales, distribution, and customers regarding schedule requests and updates.
• Ensure data integrity within AS400 to support OTP metrics.
• Coordinate with sales, distribution, customers, and operations to meet customer requirements.
