Job summary

Copiers Northwest (CNW) is seeking an ITT (Interterritorial) Coordinator to support copier and printer orders across partners and dealers. You will verify serviceability, configure equipment, and ensure pricing accuracy while aligning with internal standards and contracts.

In this fast-paced role you will manage dealer information in ERP/CRM systems, maintain contract records, and respond to inquiries via email, helping to keep Ship In and Ship Out processes on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ year degree preferred in business, operations or logistics.
• Experience in order coordination, customer service, logistics, operations, or administrative support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• Ability to quickly learn internal ERP & CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and approve ITT Ship In service agreements submitted by dealers.
• Verify serviceability, equipment configuration, pricing accuracy, and contract compliance with internal standards.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems, including dealer contact information, contract types and pricing; identify servicing dealers for ITT Ship Out orders and negotiate pricing.
• Manage high-volume email communication: relay dealer information, monitor progress, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Other related projects and duties as assigned.
