Job summary

ITT Aerospace Controls is seeking a Manager of Customer Service and Demand Management in Valencia, CA, to lead the Customer Service and Inside Sales teams responsible for order management, delivery, and shipment of ITT Aerospace Controls products worldwide.

You will drive customer relationships, coordinate across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to ensure alignment with customer requirements, accurate orders, and timely delivery while coaching teams to meet

Qualifications

Bachelor's in business or technical field; MBA desirable.
4 to 10 years related experience and/or training.
3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong understanding of aerospace systems, components, and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

Lead customer service and inside sales activities related to order management, delivery, and shipment.
Coach Customer Service and Demand Management teams to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to align with customer requirements.
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and drive effective order execution.
Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in on-time delivery and response times.
Support ERP/CRM initiatives and continuous improvement in customer service processes.
