Job summary

ITT Aerospace Controls LLC in Valencia, CA, is seeking a Manager, Customer Service and Demand Management to lead the customer service and inside sales related to order management, delivery, and shipment of ITT products worldwide.

You will coach the Customer Service and Demand Management teams, collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Finance, and drive on-time delivery, KPI improvements, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field; MBA desirable.
4–10 years related experience and/or training.
3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong understanding of aerospace systems, components, and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

Lead customer service and demand management teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality and Finance to meet customer requirements.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and strategic growth opportunities.
Manage order entry, backlog, and shipment execution with accurate quotes and timely resolutions.
Drive continuous improvement of customer service processes and ERP/CRM initiatives.
