Job summary

ITT Inc. Westminster is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the daily operations of Customer Service and Order Entry, ensuring exceptional service and efficient order management for distributors and customers.

You will supervise order processing, pricing inquiries, returns, credits, and reporting; mentor cross-functional teams; drive margin analysis for quoting, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and logistics to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent.
• 4-8 years experience in a Customer Service operation (preferably in a technical setting).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Customer Service and Order Entry.
• Oversee distributor/customer communications and order processing.
• Handle order expedites, credits, returns, and pricing inquiries.
• Perform margin analysis for quoting products.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams.
• Interface with customers to develop application-specific solutions.
• Maintain ERP data and assist with Oracle applications troubleshooting.
