Job summary

ITT Inc. seeks a Technical Sales Lead - Projects to drive growth for Engineered Valves by identifying and securing capital projects.

You will maintain relationships with end users and EPCs, provide technical specs, and support project pursuits with presentations and data-driven insights. The role requires deep technical knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites and seminars across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a technical field preferred.
• 5–7 years of outside technical sales experience required; valves or capital equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to engage EPCs, OEMs, distributors, and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Strong technical aptitude, organizational and communication skills; proven project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Drive order growth by qualifying, developing, and securing capital project opportunities.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders at end users and EPCs through technical discussions.
• Provide technical specification support and engage in project activities to win opportunities.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and other administrative documentation; communicate market trends.
