Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams on pump equipment projects. You will own orders from receipt to final invoicing, monitor schedules and financial performance, and coordinate with engineering, factory operations, and customers.

A PMP or equivalent certification is preferred, with 5+ years of related experience. Ideal candidates have a BS in a related field and are adept at risk management, negotiation, and driving profitability through strategic procurement and

Qualifications

• BS in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• PMP certification (or equivalent) desired or willingness to obtain PM certification.
• 5+ years in project management, contract management, or equivalent; preferably in rotating equipment/manufacturing.
• Experience with commercial PO terms, compliance, and dispute resolutions.
• Familiarity with rotating equipment operation and pump industry standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns projects from order receipt through invoicing and beyond.
• Monitors projects using available tools; manages critical path, due dates and recovery actions.
• Attends meetings; reports status to senior PM and escalates issues.
• Follows PMO standard methods and processes.
• Negotiates effectively to balance company and customer interests.
• Leads and develops the project team to deliver high-quality results.
• Communicates with customers, vendors, engineering, and operations to ensure milestones.
• Drives profitability through change orders and procurement strategies.
