Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to develop and execute proactive recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives and a strong candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers, HR BPs, and compensation analysts to optimize sourcing, candidate evaluation, and offer processes.

You will build technical talent pipelines, post accurate requisitions, and drive metrics while ensuring OFCCP compliance and a smooth ATS operation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of technical recruiting experience OR 12+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in government contracting.
• Motivated self-starter; results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success working in a virtual team.
• Aptitude in using social media and niche sourcing tools for recruitment.
• Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems and EEOC/OFCCP compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative strategy to hiring managers regarding hiring and solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR partners and recruiters.
• Develop innovative recruiting strategies based on current trends.
• Actively manage metrics to meet or exceed goals.
• Build pipelines of talent in technical areas.
• Post requisitions reflecting duties, education, and requirements.
• Pre-screen and evaluate candidates and refer to the hiring manager.
• Coordinate and participate in final candidate selection.
• Ensure competitive and fair compensation offers; perform compensation analysis.
• Maintain ATS and disposition candidates per OFCCP guidelines.
