Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• In-house recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical and aerospace engineers or software engineers.
• Strong track record in full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing.
• Ability to analyze recruiting data and report on metrics.
• Ability to distinguish top performers in respective fields.
• Strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and team goals.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and improve interview processes with hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first touch through onboarding.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, etc.).
• Stay current on market trends and compensation benchmarks.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across a variety of roles, including software, hardware and design. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and team goals
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate and improve interview processes with hiring teams

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience with in-house recruiting
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical and aerospace engineers or Software engineer
• Strong tenure with demonstrated success in recruiting roles
• Full life cycle recruiting experience, from sourcing to closing
• Comfort with reviewing, evaluating and reporting on recruiting data
• Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
• Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
• Comfortable working in a fast pace ever changing environment, with little to no guidance
