Job summary

Beacon AI in San Francisco is seeking a senior Technical Recruiter to own the hiring strategy for Murdock-related engineering roles, focusing on robotics, aerospace, or defense background candidates. Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting iOS, robotics, autonomy, embedded, or safety-critical profiles
• Sourcing high-quality technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Strong track record hiring across experience levels
• Experience recruiting for product engineering roles with reliability and ownership
• Strong relationship-building and influencing senior stakeholders
• Proven success as a founding or early technical recruiting hire
• Hands-on experience using Ashby, our ATS
• Interest in aviation or mission-critical software systems

Responsibilities

• Own technical hiring strategy and execution for Murdock-related engineering roles with robotics/aerospace/defense background candidates
• Partner with engineering leaders to refine role requirements and hiring decisions
• Source, screen, and assess candidates; build an intentional pipeline of exceptional candidates
• Synthesize interview feedback and make clear hiring recommendations; establish repeatable structures and processes
• Collaborate with recruiting operations to optimize workflows, pipelines, and candidate experiences
• Represent Beacon honestly and compellingly to candidates and help close top talent
