Responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, assessment, closing, and candidate experience.
• Work with technical leaders to understand hiring requirements and build talent pipelines.
• Maintain urgency while preserving quality and judgement; continuously improve recruiting processes.
• Leverage data to improve ROI, conversion rates, and hiring pace.
