• Thoughtful communicator with awareness of context and candidate perspective.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with technical leaders to define hiring requirements.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Understand candidate motivations to guide and close top talent.
• Maintain urgency while preserving quality and judgement.
• Improve recruiting processes for speed and quality.
• Leverage data to improve ROI, conversions, and hire pace.
• Proactively source candidates through networks and outreach.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the journey.
