Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in Memphis, partnering with engineering leaders to understand requirements and close top talent.

You will leverage data to optimize sourcing, screening, and candidate experience, using Greenhouse ATS, while maintaining urgency and high standards to guide candidates through decision making.

SpaceXSI's seeking a Technical Recruiter to identify, engage, and close exceptional technical talent. This role owns full-cycle technical recruiting, builds hiring conviction through a clear understanding of candidate motivations, and uses data to continuously improve recruiting outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with technical leaders to understand team hiring requirements in depth
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, assessment, closing, and candidate experience
• Develop a deep understanding of candidate motivations, decision drivers, and long-term goals to guide and close top talent
• Maintain a strong sense of urgency while exercising sound judgment and quality standards
• Continuously enhance recruiting processes to improve signal, speed, and candidate quality
• Use data to increase candidate ROI, improve candidate conversion rates, build more efficient processes, keep stakeholders updated on hiring trends, and monitor hiring pace
• Source candidates proactively through creative research, professional networks, and direct outreach
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout every step of the journey

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of the technical talent landscape and how top candidates evaluate opportunities
• Proven success sourcing and closing highly competitive technical candidates
• Outcome-oriented recruiting approach with strong analytical skills and a track record of data-driven decision-making, with the ability to perform in ambiguous situations
• Thoughtful communication skills that consider message, context, and the candidate perspective
