Responsibilities

• Own relationship with HRBP vendor to prevent firefighting
• Negotiate vendor terms
• Coordinate HRBP closing and ATS onboarding
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured workstreams
• Build relationships with key accounts for long-term value
• Flag contract risks before legal review
• Advocate optimal solutions in challenging rooms
• Monitor competitor moves and advise on what matters
