Job summary

Career Vita is seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. You will own the end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and to source top talent across multiple channels.

This fully remote position offers 5-day work week with alternate Saturdays, structured hours 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and BYOD. You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers and maintain a healthy talent pipeline while

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and job portals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate initial interviews and subsequent technical/managerial rounds.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through joining process.
• Keep accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.
• Meet hiring targets within timelines.
