Responsibilities include sourcing and interviewing across technical and clinical roles, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and driving continuous improvement through metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with teams across a wide range of roles.
• Proven ability to source and identify industry experts and engage candidates.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, interviewing, and managing recruiting pipelines across technical, clinical, and other role categories.
• Independently drive continuous improvement and strategic recruiting initiatives by sharing metrics with hiring managers.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers by discussing new requisitions, hiring strategies, and interview feedback.
• Develop approaches to identify, attract, and close top talent across multiple channels.
• Attend hiring debriefs to participate as a peer in evaluating candidates.
• Cultivate a strong network of exceptional talent across Neuralink’s verticals.
