Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interview engineers on a technical level to determine their skill level.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with teams on a wide range of roles.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, interviewing, and managing pipelines across technical, clinical, and other roles.
• Independently driving continuous improvement and strategic recruiting initiatives with hiring managers.
• Building relationships and cultivating trust with hiring managers through requisitions, strategies, and feedback.
• Creating strategies to identify, attract, and close top talent across channels.
• Attending debriefs with hiring teams to evaluate candidates.
• Cultivating a strong network of exceptional talent across Neuralink's verticals.
