Job summary

Candid Health is seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner with our Engineering, Product and Design teams, leading full-cycle recruiting for both IC and Leadership roles. You’ll build pipelines, run sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding to help us grow our technical team.

You’ll collaborate with co-founders and senior leadership, optimize processes, measure outcomes with data, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambition startup culture headquartered in New York.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in web-scale or startup environments.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and top-of-funnel strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Collaborative, humble, and able to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with recruiting tools and analytics to inform hiring tactics.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting for IC and Leadership roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including working directly with our co-founders and senior leadership.
