Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions seeks a Principal Technical Business Analyst and Client Product Owner to lead enterprise retail technology engagements, translating business objectives into scalable solutions. You will mentor BAs, guide requirements, backlogs, and delivery, and advocate for core product capabilities across projects.

The role requires expert leadership, deep POS domain knowledge, and fluency in English, with up to 25% travel and a focus on delivering measurable business value

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst supporting enterprise-scale solutions.
• 10+ years of experience in the retail industry is preferred.
• Experience partnering with software development teams in complex, multi-phase delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex customer engagements and ensure value delivery for client and Toshiba.
• Analyze client requirements to determine best approaches, including existing functionality and new features.
• Advocate for product direction and guide customers in decision making during projects.
• Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand business needs and translate them into requirements.
• Define and document project scope using sales and client artifacts, ensuring core product relevance.
• Document highly complex requirements and translate them into product requirements with edge cases considered.
• Oversee and review BA work to ensure requirements are fit for client and product.
