Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead the evolution of technical training across North America, building capabilities of our service organization and partnering with leaders to drive measurable business impact.

In this onsite role based in Alpharetta, GA, travel up to 30% may be required. You will design training strategies, develop learning pathways, implement LMS-driven programs, and champion a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading technical training, workforce development, or learning enablement programs.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for helping others grow.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategy and roadmaps aligned to business needs.
• Identify skill gaps and build learning pathways for teams.
• Establish KPIs to measure learning impact.
• Manage multiple training initiatives across the organization.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate technical knowledge into training experiences.
• Deliver training when needed and champion a culture of continuous learning.
