Job summary

Atlas Copco North America Inc. is seeking a North America Training Manager to lead learning and development across the U.S. and Canada.

Reporting to the Vice President, HR, this role will partner with business and HR leaders to identify capability needs, develop scalable learning solutions, and create meaningful learning experiences for employees and leaders. The successful candidate will design and deliver programs across in-person, virtual, digital and on-the-job formats, oversee learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• 7+ years in Learning & Development, Talent/Organizational Development or related HR discipline.
• Experience designing and facilitating learning programs across in-person, virtual, and digital.
• Ability to identify business needs and translate into learning solutions.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, vendors, timelines, and priorities.
• Experience supporting organizational change and change management initiatives.
• Experience across multiple units/locations or global/matrix organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NA Learning & Development strategy across the U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with business and HR leaders to identify skill gaps and priorities.
• Design and deliver learning experiences across in-person, virtual, digital, and on-the-job formats.
• Oversee learning programs, technology, vendors, and resources for consistent learner experience.
• Use data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Support leadership development and organizational change initiatives across North America.
• Collaborate with teams to share best practices and leverage global resources.
