Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC seeks a North America Training Manager to lead learning and development across the U.S. and Canada, partnering with HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver scalable learning experiences.

You will design in-person, virtual, digital, and on-the-job programs, manage vendors and technology, and measure impact using data to continuously improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and development strategy across North America.
• Partner with business and HR leaders to identify capability needs and translate into learning solutions.
• Design and deliver learning across in-person, virtual, digital, and on-the-job formats.
• Oversee programs, technology, vendors, and resources to ensure quality learner experiences.
• Use data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Support leadership development and organizational change initiatives.
