Vantor is seeking a Technical Engagements Coordinator to support the Customer Co-Lead for a JHTS program. The role focuses on knowledge management, reporting, and executive support, coordinating with IC/DoW and FVEY partners to enable high-visibility engagements.

You will manage calendars and travel, organize meetings, and prepare briefs for senior leaders, ensuring compliance with disclosure processes across mission partners. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Experience building collaborations across IC/DoD leadership.
• Ability to anticipate priorities and align with agency objectives.
• Experience coordinating cross-IC events and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge management materials for FVEY space.
• Coordinate reporting with PMOs and ensure releasable language.
• Organize two annual FVEY meetings and off-site engagements.
• Manage travel for the Customer Co-Lead and related requirements.
