Job summary

Vantor is seeking an International Engagements SME to support a critical IC MASINT mission. You will interpret policy, draft MOUs/MOAs, and help develop bilateral/multilateral guidance while coordinating engagements with IC partners and DoD components.

The role involves on-site work with DoD/IC partners, coordinating briefings, and contributing to international engagement roadmaps. Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree (or 4 extra years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
• 5+ years of international engagement experience in IC/DoD environments.

Responsibilities

• Draft MOUs/MOAs and integration roadmaps to support the mission.
• Perform foundational research on partner relationships within IC and international contexts.
• Support engagements for briefings, working groups, and conferences.
