Job summary

Vantor Inc. is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to support an IC mission. You will create and maintain KM systems, increase system usage, and help shape KM strategy. On-site DoD/IC experience is highly desirable.

You will work independently and with cross-functional teams of technical experts; must be detail-oriented, service-focused, and adaptable. US citizenship required with TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience minimum with bachelor's degree in information management, or related discipline.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly security clearance.
• 5 years minimum IC/DoD environments experience.
• Experience tracking CAP initiatives and unfunded requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of SharePoint.
• Experience with data visualization tools and office adoption.
• Experience briefing heads of departments and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain knowledge management repositories and track office-wide KPIs as part of broader OKRs.
• Work closely with senior officers within branch and division leadership.
• Support development of KM strategy and drive adoption across teams.
