The role supports a high-visibility program and coordinates with PMOs across DoD and IC partners. Responsibilities include knowledge management, annual program reporting, and organizing senior-level engagements, with travel for the Customer Co-Lead and

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and sustain partnerships with IC/DoW leadership to meet agency objectives
• Proactive, able to set priorities and deliver results that support program goals
• Experience collaborating across IC and DoW on cross-agency initiatives
• Facilitates knowledge transfer across IC and supports JHTS and FVEY events
• Attention to detail and strong administrative skills with Confluence pages

Responsibilities

• Knowledge Management and Reporting: develop and maintain FVEY space information; prepare program documents with graphics teams; compile annual catalog; ensure releasable language and foreign disclosure compliance; produce year-end reports and annual overviews.
• FVEY Engagements: coordinate and host two events per year; organize meetings; support briefings and off-site exchanges with other PMOs.
• Customer JHTS Co-Lead Executive Support: manage calendars; arrange local, national and international travel and approvals.
