Vantor is seeking a highly skilled systems engineer to lead the development, integration, and management of technical requirements across complex space systems. The role requires active security clearance and a strong track record in MBSE, TRDs, ICDs, and CONOPS.

You will guide design decisions, perform integration and testing activities, and coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure mission success.

Formación

• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
• 4+ years of experience on large-scale systems engineering, integration, and development programs.
• 2+ years leading a team in the development and management of technical specifications, ICDs, CONOPS, architectural designs, and integration and test plans.
• Experience leading requirements and interface management for a major program.
• Experience coordinating and presenting technical changes across large stakeholder groups through review boards.
• Experience with configuration control or engineering review.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of IEEE 15288.1 and 15288.2 standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, integrate, and manage TRDs, ICDs, and MBSE products.
• Maintain alignment across requirements, interfaces, and models for a consistent baseline.
• Provide technical advice to senior program managers and executives on space system design and test issues.
• Perform systems engineering and program management activities supporting design reviews, evaluations, and verifications.
• Analyze technical problems, develop reports, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Work with the U.S. Space Force and stakeholders to coordinate and implement recommended solutions.
