Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to work with our Head of Deployment, steering cross-functional hardware/software deployments from prototype to production. You will coordinate robotics, AI, and systems, manage timelines, risks, and site readiness, and translate complex technical requirements for enterprise customers.

You will partner with engineering teams to drive end-to-end execution and build scalable deployment processes across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, systems engineering, or product operations for complex hardware/software platforms.
• Ability to discuss technical topics with software engineers, roboticists, and ML researchers.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional programs from planning to production rollout.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to align distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for deployments.
• Bonus: experience deploying robotics or autonomous systems.
• Bonus: background in autonomy, perception, controls, simulation, ML, or field engineering.

• Build scalable processes for deployment planning, release management, and customer onboarding.
• Define how the company deploys and scales physical AI and robotics systems across diverse customer environments.

You will operate at the center of complex engineering programs to coordinate AI, robotics, hardware, operations, and customer teams to move our systems from prototype to real-world production.
