Job summary

Hello Patient is scaling its team to own end-to-end customer deployments. You will coordinate multi-team initiatives, translate customer needs into clear technical workstreams, and drive successful launches for enterprise customers.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to remove blockers and ensure scalable execution across complex environments. We seek a technically capable, highly organized PM who can operate with autonomy in a fast-paced startup and thrive onsite

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical project management, program management, solutions delivery, or enterprise implementations.
• Experience managing complex B2B SaaS deployments with multiple technical stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong project management skills: timelines, risks, and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication with customers and executive stakeholders.
• Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and software systems.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to deliver customer-facing solutions.
• Ownership mindset to operate independently in a fast-paced startup.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Own the coordination of complex customer deployments from kickoff through launch and expansion.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking.
• Drive project cadence with weekly updates, status reporting and clear ownership across internal teams.
• Identify blockers, drive resolution, and align teams toward launch goals.
• Manage multiple deployments simultaneously while maintaining high execution and customer experience.
• Partner with AI Product Managers, Engineering, Conversational Design, QA, and Account Management to coordinate delivery.
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical workstreams and execution plans.
• Set up and configure telephony systems as part of deployments.
• Set up agent campaigns and self-service workflows based on customer requirements.
• Participate in agent testing, validation, and soft-launch deliveries.
• Create and maintain project documentation, tickets, and workflows in tools like Linear.
• Support technical discovery by helping teams evaluate feasibility, scope, tradeoffs, and dependencies.
• Lead deployment meetings with enterprise customers and executives.
• Build scalable deployment processes by creating repeatable frameworks and best practices.
