Sisense is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our Field Engineering Services. You will be a trusted technical advisor for Enterprise customers, leading technical strategy, scoping initiatives and driving successful analytics implementations using Sisense best practices.

You will build dashboards, work with CS, Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver scalable solutions, and guide customers through complex data technology deployments across BI, data warehousing, and cloud environments.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical, customer facing role.
• Led complex technical software implementations or managed services, ideally in cloud, data warehouse, BI space.
• Front lines with customers daily.
• Troubleshot technical issues with a customer on web meetings.
• Analytical mind with hands-on experience in BI/Database/Analytics tools.
• Created and delivered customized technical presentations to diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical relationships with elite customers and guide them to stable, scalable Sisense solutions.
• Lead engagements across CS, Product, Engineering, Sales and Support to offer the best customer guidance.
• Scope technical initiatives and drive delivery following Sisense best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer value and successful adoption.
