Sisense is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager (TAM) to act as a trusted technical advisor for our Enterprise customers. You will lead technical strategy for strategic accounts, scope initiatives, and drive successful implementations of analytics projects.

As part of the Field Engineering Services team, you will own relationships, interact with customers to understand challenges, build dashboards and data models, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver value using

Qualificações

• Familiar with analytics data modeling strategies and concepts.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Experience as a data modeler with analytical tools such as Sisense, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Proficiency in Linux.
• Programming languages such as JavaScript and Python; knowledge of Java/Go is a plus.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• You are intellectually curious and self-motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical relationships with elite customers and guide engagements.
• Lead technical strategy and decision making for complex analytics deployments.
• Coordinate with CS, Product, Engineering, Sales and Support to deliver optimal solutions.
• Develop dashboards and data models tailored to customer needs.
• Drive successful, scalable implementations following best practices.
