Job summary

Sisense seeks a Technical Account Manager to act as trusted technical advisor for Enterprise customers. You will guide analytics implementations, lead technical strategy, and drive successful project deliveries using Sisense technology.

You will ramp up by understanding the product, building dashboards, configuring data models, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure value realization for strategic accounts. This role is based in the US with strong client-facing requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a technical, customer facing role.
• Experience leading complex software implementations in cloud/BI space.
• You’ve engaged with customers daily on technical topics.
• Hands-on with data tools for BI, databases, analytics, or integration.
• You’ve delivered customized technical presentations to tech and non-tech audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own technical relationships with elite customers and guide engagements.
• Lead and scale solutions based on Sisense best practices.
• Collaborate with CS, Product, Engineering, Sales and Support to advise customers.
